Active subscribers to our Stake Your Day newsletter are eligible to join the panel. Upon completing our survey, we may invite you to participate in surveys and other research activities which may include giveaways for participation. In such instances, your invitation to participate will include giveaway rules.

When you unsubscribe, we will not longer send you emails and we will deactivate your profile. Any information you have submitted to us, including survey responses and personal information, will continue to be retained in accordance with our data retention practices outlined below. Opting out of our Panel does not unsubscribe you from our newsletter Stake Your Day.

9. Data Retention

Your personal information and responses to any surveys, polls, or studies you’ve participated in will be retained for as long as it remains necessary for the purposes we have outlined or as is permitted and/or required by law. If you would like us to remove your personal information, please contact us at team@stakeyourday.com. Non-personal information is not subject to any retention limitations.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
